Restorative Sound Bath

Description: A calming monthly sound bath designed to help you slow down, reset, and reconnect.

We’ll begin with a few minutes of gentle, accessible movement and breath to help release tension and allow the body to settle. From there, you’ll be guided into a restorative sound journey where soothing tones create a peaceful environment for deep rest.

Participants will spend most of the session lying down comfortably while the sound experience unfolds. We’ll close with a quiet return to awareness and a one-card, chakra themed, oracle pull for the group as a reflective way to end the evening.
